BOH @ Work is a fun & simple employee-volunteer experience that makes it easy for your team to give back to the communities you serve.
For just $25 / employee & 25 minutes of your time, you can create lasting memories - and impact!
Blankets of Hope is an educational 501(c)3 nonprofit that helps students & employees practice empathy & kindness by donating blankets and handwritten letters to people experiencing homelessness.
Conducting the workshop can take as little as 15 minutes. You can include it as a quick activation within an existing meeting, a group lunch, or even a holiday party.
BOH @ Work costs $25 per employee participating. (Minimum: 30 employees)

You will receive 1 blanket per employee, a turn-key PDF Guide for conducting the experience, and most importantly, you will sponsor 1 student’s participation in Blankets of Hope for each employee involved!
A minimum of 30 employees must participate. We don’t recommend groups larger than 240 employees.
The workshop is virtually led by BOH Founders, Mike & Nick Fio. Upon signing up, you will receive a BOH @ Work PDF Guide with step-by-step instructions for setting up a successful workshop. Once your blankets are received and materials are gathered, it’s as simple as letting your team know when it’s happening, and pressing play on two short videos.
Blankets are donated by your team at your own discretion. You can either choose to let employees donate their own blankets of hope to someone in need, or we’ll guide you in finding a local homeless shelter who will come pick up the blankets for you.
